We have been offering holistic counselling and support for mental health since 2006 in Ireland. Our Hope is to see the suicide rate reduced significantly and people finding hope and purpose in life.

Words well said! If you have ever experienced discouragement or despair, you will know how important encouragement was in keeping you afloat. Similarly, when attempting something bigger than yourself, encouraging support is vital.
Sowing encouragement helps to build hope and faith, particularly when it is done in love. Our mission here at Hope Trust is to offer a helping hand and heart to those who are struggling and to point them towards the source of hope and lasting change.
