One of our fundamental needs as humans is to have a sense of value and intrinsic worth as persons. We need to feel that we count for something - that we have worth.

GUILTY FEELINGS
We are all moral beings and have a natural sense of morality. We are all equipped with a conscience - the monitoring apparatus that evaluates how we are doing.

5 WAYS TO MENTAL WELLBEING
The Foresight Project has commissioned work to identify the wellbeing equivalent of “five fruit and vegetables a day”.

KEYS TO SPIRITUAL WELLBEING
Research has shown that we need our five portions of fruit and vegetables a day to ensure our physical health and well-being. Similarly, there are five spiritual issues that that we need to attend to for our spiritual health and well-being.

SPIRITUAL DISCONNECTION
As human beings made in the image of God, we have the capacity to sense God and connect to God. This is the faculty of God-consciousness.

PURPOSELESSNESS
We all need a sense of something to live for - a purpose, a meaning to our lives. It is a fundamental inner need of the human spirit.

PERSONAL INSECURITY
Many of us have been let down or betrayed by other people. People have used and abused us, they have taken from us what they wanted and controlled us for their selfish ends.
