Mental Health
Awareness Week
Hope Trust will be screening a webinar on Monday 12 th at 7,00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m. on issues relating to the mental health in Ireland. It is hoped to bring an overview and brief understanding around the importance of awareness and community involvement.
This year the theme chosen for Mental Health Awareness is "Community". With all the shifts and changes and uncertainty in the world today, it is easy to become isolated and feel alone trying to cope.
Our need for connection and drawing together as a community becomes a real necessity to maintain our mental health.
