28th November 2023 marked a worldwide 'giving' day, in which the public and corporates are encouraged to support the many charities and non profit organisations offering services to the community.

 

Hope Trust were able to benefit from this drive through their partnership with Global Giving, a fundraising organisation.  Global Giving had offered to match funds proportionate to the amount raised by our charity in that 24 hour period.  

 

We were fortunate to raise $1744 through 6 donors on the day and were awarded a further $617 in matching funds, which totalled $2361 in all!  We are delighted with this and will utilise all funds raised in subsidising counselling or through support groups in the community.
